With 18 years of experience in the insurance industry, Kelly Padgett brings a unique perspective to the world of home inspections. After nearly two decades helping homeowners understand their policies and navigate claims, she saw firsthand how a quality inspection can make all the difference—not just in peace of mind, but in real savings.​Together with her husband Earl, a seasoned roofer with over 20 years in the trade, Kelly founded Inspector Padgett. Their goal was simple: combine their skills to help local families protect what matters most—their homes.
​Kelly specializes in wind mitigation and 4-point inspections, with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for educating clients. She understands what insurance companies look for and works to ensure every report is clear, thorough, and helpful. Whether you're a new homeowner or renewing your policy, she’s here to make the inspection process straightforward and stress-free.
​Proudly based in the Pinellas and Pasco County area for over 20 years, Kelly is deeply familiar with Florida’s weather patterns, building requirements, and the local housing market. Her commitment to the community runs deep—and so does her knowledge.
Kelly received her official training and certification from International Association of Certified Home Inspectors, and continues to stay current with industry standards and best practices.
